Responsibilities

The Product Operations Manager supports the Product organization to operate efficiently & effectively at scale.

Drive alignment and efficiency through; Product Discovery, Product Development, Product Launches, Iterations & Measuring Value.

Driving process, standardization, and collaboration on among others; Portfolio Management, Planning, Product Discovery, Reporting (Status & Content), Experimentation, Onboarding of product personnel, Product development methods & Roadmaps.

 At core the Product Operations Manager drives impact by improving and standardizing processes through the whole product development lifecycle covering:

  • Product Portfolio Management: Co-owned with demand; Ops intake, work validation. Demand; Demand Management and Deployments
  • Product Way of Working
  • Roadmaps & Reports
  • Product tooling stack: Co-owned with demand 

Profile required

The Product Operations Manager partners closely with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and the Delivery organization to solve scaling challenges and coordinate cross-functional initiatives

Areas of responsibility

  • Partners with the Product Leads and Product Owners to ensure we are building products the right way
  • Continuous assessment and identification of improvement points/opportunities in the product development process (ideation to iteration) to improve efficiency, user experience, value, and delivery
  • Standardize and streamline the Product & Demand interactions with internal as well as external stakeholders, e.g. demo’s & sharing success
  • Own and continuously enhance product roadmap and planning activities in-line with increased efficiency and transparency throughout the organization; leading planning methodologies, roadmap plotting, usage of milestones and methodologies to report back on impact
  • Definition, maintenance, and continuous improvement on reporting of product development activities and statuses
  • Defining processes, systems, tooling and methodologies to get the right data into the appropriate parts of the product development process to enable creation of better products
  • Drive alignment and efficiency on product discovery, development, launch and iteration
  • Design and improve product processes with the product teams
  • Apply a data-driven approach in resolving problems and helping stakeholders
  • Discovers and implements new operational tooling to improve product delivery, experience and quality
  • Shares actionable recommendations
