Responsibilities

The candidate will join the Client Project and Account Support Office.

This team is responsible for managing client change processes (including Project Management for Client Projects, handling client requests, and onboarding) and provides support for all administrative tasks necessary to start and maintain the relationship between SGSS and its clients.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client onboarding activities in collaboration with IT and Operational teams, monitor the project scope and planning, in line with requirements gathered from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Organize regular status updates, both internally and with clients, ensuring the preparation and delivery of accurate project documentation
  • Provide support on client web tools, including demo organization, incident management, and profile setup
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client setup, such as KYC documentation, tool configuration, account opening, and structuring operational flows

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics

  • Preferable: experience in financial industry (Bank or SGR)

Language skills:

  • Italian – C2
  • English – B2

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • MS Office pack

  • Digital skills (i.e. webtools)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Solid analytical abilities and capacity to understand stakeholder requirements and constraints

  • Able to mediate and ease agreements

  • Proactive, dedicated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and complete tasks accurately and on time
