Trainee in Transversal Team - M/F/D

The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

• Supporting Transversal Team Experts in day-to-day matters concerning, in particular, updating databases and registers-maintained by BO teams as well as and in long-term operational and administrative projects

• Assisting Back Office Teams with selected audits, analysis of regulations and procedures

• Providing assistance in development, updating and translation of procedures and regulations

• Monitoring various support inboxes and response to various Back Office requests

• Support Transversal Team Experts in reports and presentation preparation

• Statistics preparation

• Data input and updating various systems, spreadsheets etc

We expect from the candidates:

• Student status for the whole internship (ideally studies related to finance)

• Minimum availability of 25 hours per week

• Very good knowledge of spoken & written Polish and English

• Knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel skills

• Very good organization of work: attention to details, meeting deadlines, commitment and conscientiousness

• Good communication skills and ability to work both in a team and independently
