Technical Delivery Manager
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end delivery processes for the migration of legacy AWS or Azure application to the Ayvens Azure tenant
· Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of delivery milestones, including minor, major, and hot-fix releases.
· Define delivery scope and content in collaboration with technical leads, architects, and engineering teams.
· Ensure timely communication of delivery status, changes, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project sponsors.
· Oversee documentation delivery and updates, ensuring completeness and alignment with governance requirements.
· Coordinate change management activities to support smooth adoption of new cloud environments and processes.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to deliver quality, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
· Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture user requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
· Manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
· Monitor delivery KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
· Support international projects involving multiple subsidiaries, ensuring cross-border coordination and compliance.

· Work closely with Cloud Architects, Azure Engineers, DevOps teams.
· Engage with Project Managers, Product Owners, Engineering team, and key users.
· Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Ayvens Azure Design Authority, and Cyber Security teams.
· Report progress and escalate issues to the management and stakeholders.

Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
· Proven track record as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in IT/cloud projects.
· Experience managing cloud migration, infrastructure deployment, or DevOps delivery projects.
· Experience working with external delivery centers or outsourced teams is a plus.
· Familiarity with financial services or regulated environments is advantageous.
· Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
Languages
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
