Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Finance engagement & partnership with Business at a Network level, acting as a single point of contact for all finance needs
  • Lead constructive challenge and positively influence cost Optimization initiatives within business
  • Ensure Fiscal / budget discipline, drive and manage Finance Business KPIs enabling early identification of potential risks & opport
  • Understand and apply the guidelines to certify declared efficiencies by various BUs/SUs. Know upstream and downstream processes.
  • Develop standardization of key reports, data collection and interpretation of results
  • Operates autonomously with little supervision in order to achieve objectives assigned.
  • Communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management.
  • Collaborate with BL COOs, HR & Fin teams, sponsors and tech teams to ensure project is aligned with defined objectives. Manage all level of stakeholders.
  • Recommend methodology to drive process improvement as and when gaps are identified
  • Co-ordinate to set governance with tech partners to consolidate and fix gaps/errors in tool

Profile required

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Post-Graduate in any discipline with ~ 10 years of experience in Project Management and Reporting
  • Good understanding of Management Reporting, Performance Management
  • Very good stakeholder management, presentation and influencing skills
  • Well versed with MS office (PPT, Excel, Word) and reporting tools like Power Bi
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and agile environment.
  • Good technical, analytical & engagement skills
  • Good project and program management skills for timely delivery of tasks.
  • Advanced problem solving and decision making to be able to navigate through the system effectively.
  • CMA / MBA Finance with 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance / FP&A
