Responsibilities

As a Data Quality Risk Supervisor – Fire Drill, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Group’s readiness to deliver ad hoc internal or regulatory reports under crisis conditions. You will support and enhance the Fire Drill pillar, working closely with teams in Paris and key risk, finance, and compliance stakeholders across the organization.

You will join a high‑visibility, high‑impact area central to the Group’s operational resilience and regulatory expectations.

Fire Drill Execution & Oversight:

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of fire drill missions in collaboration with the Paris Fire Drill team and relevant stakeholders

  • Assess the Group’s capability to produce ad hoc reports in crisis situations, covering a broad range of risk domains (liquidity, market, counterparty credit, credit, etc.)

  • Conduct independent reviews of governance, controls, and processes related to ad hoc requests and regulatory reporting

  • Evaluate the implementation and operational efficiency of the Group’s data management framework, in coordination with the Independent Assessment team

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including:

  • Risk, Finance, and Compliance departments

  • Reporting production teams and risk‑type owners

  • 2nd‑level control functions (Finance, Risk) and 3rd line of defense (Internal Audit, Inspection)

  • The central Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Business Line/Support Functions CDOs

Contribution to 2LOD Mission:

  • Support continuous improvement of RDARR control frameworks

  • Participate in risk monitoring and contribute to management reporting

  • Help strengthen the Group’s data reliability, quality, and crisis readiness

Profile required

  • Strong knowledge of data, financial reporting, and risk reporting

  • Fluency in French and English

  • High adaptability and comfort working in evolving, cross‑functional environments

  • Strong ability to challenge constructively, articulate independent opinions, and influence decisions

  • Proven autonomy in managing complex topics and delivering results

  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively across Paris/Bucharest teams

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in data management

  • Master’s degree, ideally in data management, risk management, finance, or audit

  • Experience in audit, permanent control, or 2LOD/3LOD environments within a banking context
