Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Analytics Specialist who will turn HR data into meaningful insights that shape our people agenda. In this role, you will support HR colleagues and business leaders by delivering high‑quality analyses, reporting, and data-driven recommendations that directly influence organizational growth.

You will collaborate closely with regional Compensation & Benefits teams, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, as well as external survey providers. This gives you a unique, broad view of how the organization operates and offers the opportunity to build strong, inclusive, and cross-functional relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze workforce trends, organizational structure, compensation, benefits, and other key HR indicators

  • Prepare regular and ad‑hoc HR reports for business leaders and HR teams

  • Partner with regional teams to support HRIS‑related projects and the implementation of new HR modules

  • Define dashboard requirements and validate deliverables in collaboration with technical teams to enable data‑driven HR and business decisions

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to help ensure a positive employee experience

  • Contribute to process improvements and overall department efficiency

Profile required

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics, with confidence in working with HRIS systems

  • Understanding of core HR processes and reporting practices

  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills (Power BI is an advantage)

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively using data

  • Business orientation, high attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work independently

  • Fluency in Polish and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1)

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field:
