Responsibilities

*6 months contract*

Within the Société Générale Group, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), the entity who manages the infrastructure for the group. As a member of GTS/DWS/USU (Hardware) team you will provide onsite and remote Support IT for End Users (hardware and software), troubleshoot and prepare workstations, and participate in Transition Projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure and maintain various Windows-based Workstations and Servers.

  • Troubleshoot and Fix Broken Workstations

  • Provide technical Support for Transition Projects

  • Order new hardware and computer parts

  • Operate asset management in dedicated Tools

  • Provide Onsite Support for End Users on hardware and software topics

  • Maintain clean and organized IT Storage

  • Operate Ticketing Tools and other GTS Tools

  • Provide Technical Support for Printing Services and Video Conference Systems

  • Stay open to new technical challenges (Route Opening etc.)

Profile required

  • A good understanding of Windows 10, Office365,

  • Troubleshoot Hardware IT Devices;

  • A good understanding of basic IT Infrastructure, Network Administration and ITIL methodologies;

  • Strong motivation & willingness to expand knowledge;

  • Good Level of English and French
