Specialist Software Engineer - DotNet Full Stack

Responsibilities

As a Specialist Software Engineer, expectation is to take ownership of the Development and support activities assigned.

Should have good experience in Dot Net & opensource technology.

Good communication skills for interaction with counterparts in Paris.

Should have worked on Scrum/Kanban methodologies

Should be able to independently manage the activities assigned to individual & team with minimum guidance from the Manger.

Should be able to work with lead/Senior members in the team.

Should be able to provide support/resolution on technical issues across the team

Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (SCRUM) environment
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:

.NET Technologies:
Strong experience in .NET Core/.NET 6+ (C#)
ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC, Razor Pages)
Entity Framework Core (EF Core) or Dapper for ORM
Frontend:
ReactJs (preferred) or Angular/Blazor for modern web UI
Testing:
Test Driven Development (TDD) using xUnit/NUnit for .NET and Jest/Vitest for React
Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using SpecFlow or similar tools
API & Web Services:
RESTful API design and implementation
Web services integration
Design Patterns:
Strong understanding and practical implementation of design patterns and best practices
DevOps & CI/CD:
Git for version control
Build and deployment using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Code quality tools (SonarQube)
Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
Databases:
Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
Cloud:
Exposure to public cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS
Agile Methodology:
Working experience in Agile (SCRUM) teams
Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work in rotating shifts for production support
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
