RISQ/AME/COO supports the Americas Risk Division in delivering high‑quality risk governance, data management and transformation initiatives. The team oversees the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the AMER Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform — RSA Archer — used to support 25 end-to-end process including RCSA, Metrics monitoring, Incidents, Issues, TPRM, and Model Risk.

In 2026, the department is strongly focused on improving data quality, simplifying processes, supporting regulatory remediation, and implementing automation and AI‑driven enhancements in collaboration with Product Owners, IT, and global stakeholders. The VIE will contribute directly to these strategic priorities and help strengthen the GRC framework across the region.

The VIE will support the GRC platform and risk transformation program across the following main areas: :

  • AI & Automation of Archer Data
    • Identify opportunities to apply AI or automation to accelerate, simplify, or improve Archer data processing (e.g., taxonomy validation, text summarization, control mapping, and trend analysis)
    • Perform feasibility assessments, document use cases, and demonstrate concepts to Product Owners and end‑users
    • Prototype “light” automation tools to assist users or improve data quality
  • Business Requirement Support & User Story Completion
    • Work with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to help finalize business requirements
    • Review user stories for completeness (acceptance criteria, dependencies, data elements, workflow rules, UI/UX requirements)
    • Identify missing elements, and ask clarifying questions
    • Assist in preparing functional documentation, process flows, and UAT scenarios to ensure a consistent and high‑quality delivery
  • Data Quality Analysis & Issue Identification
    • Perform systematic data checks within Archer database to identify anomalies, incomplete records, invalid referentials, inconsistent taxonomy usage, and reporting blockers
    • Use structured methods such as:
       - Referential validation (organization, geo, legal entity)
       - Logical integrity checks (e.g., missing dates, invalid event lifecycle steps)
       - Outlier detection using Excel/Power BI/Python
    • Document issues, escalate findings, and track remediation progress.
  • Reporting & Program Support
    • Build or enhance dashboards (Power BI) to track regulatory remediation progress, data quality metrics, and change management activities
    • Support Product Owners by providing data insights and preparing user‑facing demos and documentation
