M&A Vice President
Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities:
The Senior Associate / Junior Vice President will actively support and lead several aspects of deal execution, including:
Managing the day-to-day execution of M&A transactions from early-stage analysis to closing
Coordinating and overseeing due diligence workflows (financial, legal, tax, commercial, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders
Drafting, reviewing and supervising preparation of key transaction materials, such as teasers, information memoranda, management presentations and process documentation
Leading valuation workstreams, including financial modelling, business plan analysis and contribution to transaction structuring
Supporting negotiation phases, working closely with senior team members and external advisors
Collaborating across teams (industry groups, country teams, ECM/DCM, leveraged finance, etc.) during origination and execution
- Managing timelines, deliverables and execution risks, ensuring high-quality output under tight deadlines
Profile required
Studies & experience:
5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking at a top-tier investment bank or reputable M&A boutique
Strong academic background from a leading university or business school
Language skills:
Italian: C2
English: C1
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Proven understanding of the Italian private equity landscape and M&A market dynamics
Solid knowledge of transaction documentation and deal structuring mechanics
Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of workstreams, and collaborate effectively in a team-driven environment
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
