Financial Analyst
Responsibilities
Description:
· Participating in preparation and reviews of financial and regulatory reporting
· Staying up to date on accounting standards and regulatory changes; assessing their impact on the firm
· Analyzing the impact of identified internal and external findings on the financial statements and regulatory reporting.
· Preparing and presenting areas of improvement to senior management and business units.
· Making sure that the accounts on our books are substantiated, reconciliations are monitored, and breaks are cleared on due time.
· Accountable for the production of Group quarterly packages and for the monitoring of outsourced services.
· Monitor accounting feed to have accurate accounting data.
· Periodical reviewing of Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
· Liaising with external / internal auditors.
· Participating actively in projects when relevant
Profile required
Profile:
· Strong analytical skills
· Financial services accounting or audit background
· Capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
· Ability to communicate issues effectively.
· Collective and team spirit mindset
LANGUAGE:
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
