- Understand and translate business needs into clear, structured requirements, user journeys, and project roadmaps for high‑impact initiatives.
- Analyse cross‑functional business processes and propose efficient, scalable delivery solutions.
- Lead data quality assessments, support test strategy design, and evaluate the impact of changes on SLAs/OLAs.
- Own the functional architecture of the product and assess downstream and upstream impacts across the domain.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize features, align dependencies, and coordinate deliveries across teams.
- Conduct detailed business and systems analysis to support solution design, process improvements, and change management.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement grooming sessions, functional walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support testing activities by preparing test scenarios, validating functional behaviour, and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
- Maintain strong domain documentation including process flows, interface mappings, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross‑location teams (onshore/offshore) to ensure consistent understanding, delivery, and smooth communication.
- Participate in production support discussions to help analyse root causes and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies and promote best practices in requirement refinement and continuous delivery.
Profile required

Profile Required
- 4+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or regulatory domains.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and process‑oriented delivery models.
- Good knowledge of Banking, Credit Risk, and Market Risk fundamentals.
- Experience working on regulatory or compliance projects is a strong advantage.
- Clear understanding of end‑to‑end business flows within your domain.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodology, including user stories, use cases, feature-driven development, and backlog refinement.
- Experience in BDD and writing acceptance criteria using Gherkin is preferred.
- Strong capability in defining test strategies, test plans, and functional test cases.
- Experience conducting functional reviews, training sessions, and stakeholder demos.
- Ability to write and interpret SQL queries for functional validation and analysis is a must.
- Prior experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model, ideally within a banking captive environment.
- Exposure to Agile @ Scale (SAFe or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills; able to work with business and IT stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive clarity in complex situations.
- Proactive team player with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute beyond core responsibilities.
- Should have worked on at least one long-duration project (12 months or more) to demonstrate end‑to‑end lifecycle exposure.
- Business Analyst Certifications (Level 1 or 2) and familiarity with emerging financial technology trends are preferred.
