About the Role

As a Trainee Product Specialist, you will work alongside experts in Sales, Trading, and Quantitative Research to design, develop, and promote cutting-edge systematic investment strategies across multiple asset classes. You will gain hands-on experience creating detailed commercial presentations, supporting client engagement, and contributing to the development of new quantitative products.

What You Will Do

  • Develop marketing materials and presentations on quantitative strategies for institutional clients.

  • Collaborate with global teams across New York, Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and London.

  • Support idea generation and market analysis to help shape innovative investment solutions.

  • Manage projects including database maintenance and new product launches.

  • Respond to client and sales requests with agility and precision.

Profile required

What We Are Looking For

  • A degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.

  • Strong technical knowledge of financial derivatives and markets.

  • Proficiency in Python and VBA programming languages is essential.

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and client service.
