Job Description – Analyst

Role Overview

Responsible for end‑to‑end contractor hiring and recruitment operations, including vendor coordination, onboarding, compliance, and lifecycle management. Ensures timely fulfilment of requirements with high data accuracy, cost efficiency, and adherence to governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Contractor Hiring & Recruitment Operations

  • Manage end‑to‑end contractor hiring and fulfilment.
  • Understand role requirements and drive sourcing through approved vendors.
  • Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and support offer preparation.
  • Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and updates in Taleo.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and accurate recruitment reporting.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as primary contact for staffing vendors; ensure adherence to SLAs and rate cards.
  • Conduct vendor performance reviews and maintain strong communication with business, panels, and candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business teams for smooth deployment.

Contractor Lifecycle Management

  • Track contract validity, extensions, renewals, and conversions.
  • Maintain contractor records including attendance and performance inputs.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with governance policies and audit requirements.
  • Provide data support for internal/external audits.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain dashboards on headcount, cost, SLAs, and renewals.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and track budget vs. actuals.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of contractor hiring and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong compliance mindset.
  • Proficient in Taleo, HRMS tools, Excel/Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to operate in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.

Education & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years' experience in contractor hiring, recruitment operations, or vendor management.
