Job Title: Credit Risk Regulatory Production - RWA, ECL, LE, Country Risk and Model Management

Work Type: Full-time | Shift-based

Role Overview

Seeking a highly skilled professional to manage monthly and quarterly production cycles for the regulatory credit risk chain, covering RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets), Large Exposures (LE), Expected Credit Loss (ECL), Country Risk, and Model Management. This role is critical in ensuring accurate calculation and reporting of credit risk metrics for both regulatory frameworks (COREP, FINREP) and internal reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee monthly and quarterly production processes for credit risk applications.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of credit risk metrics across RWA, LE, ECL, Country Risk, and Model Management.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve user queries and production issues promptly.
  • Optimize workflows and drive backlog improvements beyond BAU activities.
  • Leverage deep expertise in credit risk calculations and regulatory frameworks to enhance process efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance requirements.
  • Work in rotational shifts to support global production timelines.

Profile required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of credit risk calculation methodologies and the modelling.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting frameworks process such as COREP and FINREP.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to handle complex, domain-intensive applications and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in optimizing workflows and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work in shift-based schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in credit risk systems and regulatory reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Basel regulatory requirements and risk modelling practices.
  • Familiarity with data management and automation techniques for process optimization.
