Business Analyst for Real Estate applications

Job Summary – Technical Business Analyst for Real Estate applications and active back up for Application officer for Saas Real Estate applications
Scope & Context: Management of functional and technical topics related to applications on Real Estate. The group is engaged in profound transformations, therefore a change management fast adoption is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and handle technical and operational aspects of transversal topics across the group for portfolio applications
- Acknowledge and implement the French Retail Network workstation specificities and security requirements
- Examples: Implementation of data purges/archiving, registering and updating applications information in group repositories
Compliance & Standards
- Support business teams in implementing Group standards (Security, GDPR, connectivity, access management) in the specific SG environments
- Might conduct and supervise architecture and security discussions
- Might act as the point of contact for technical and contractual matters (for those managed within CFT).
Examples: Certificate renewals, version upgrade follow-ups, purchase request creation.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with technical and functional architects, security teams, technical experts, business teams, and software vendors.
Business analyst responsibilities:
Technical Changes
- Monitor and implement technical evolutions on the SG side as per the group standards
- Translates business requirements into actionable deliverables
- Examples: Migration to the most recent file transfer protocol, route openings, URL
Profile required
- Fluent in English and French: minimum B2 level in both written and oral communication
- Positive attitude and a cooperative person
- Good stakeholder management competences
- Very good attention to details
- High resilience level and change management fast adoption
- SQL familiarity is requested
- Previous experience on business analyst roles (+4 years)
