Operational Risk Analyst
Responsibilities
As an Operational Risk Analyst you will play an important role in safeguarding our banking processess. You will be responsible for ensuring that risk assesments are accurate, controls are robust, and that our risk mitigation framework aligns with the Group’s evolving methodologies.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Analyzing and monitoring compliance of the codification of banking processes, the correctness of risk assignments and relevant periodic controls or other non-systemic mitigants for Global Banking Technologies and Operations (“GBTO”)
Creation and codification of controls related to risks generated by activities and processes in operational systems according to Group’s methodology and evolution of control plan
Monitoring of KPIs and KRIs related to operational risk
Assitance to GBTO stakeholders in closing of Second and Third Line of Defense recommendations
Controlling the quality and completeness of data used in the performance of assigned tasks and responsibilities, preparing reports for GBTO management, information and analyses concerning the supervised issues
Profile required
You hold a university degree in Economics or a related field
You have at least 2 years of experience in operational risk, internal audit, or a department focused on controlling operational processes
You are familiar with risk solutions within the banking sector and understand relevant supervisory regulations
You are proficient in English; knowledge of French is considered a strong advantage
You are proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
You possess high analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
