Lead Systems Engineer - Python developer
Responsibilities
Role:
Develop the "RabbitMQ" MoMaaS & "Filetransfer aaS" services while ensuring compliance with the agile & DevOps methods
Description:
Should have minimum 6-8 years’ working experience
User requirement analysis
Analyze, design and develop features with a high level of quality.
Ability to monitor and develop the two products in parallel
Coding / parameterization and documentation
Optimization of technical resources if necessary (monitoring and improvement of performance: latency, memory, etc.)
Define and improve automatic testing.
Development of release scripts and management of release tools.
Support for stakeholders / users / project teams by enabling proper implementation.
Adhere to Organizational Change Management and Production support mandates and processes (Eg: Communication to be made before the start of the exchanges and after, communication to management etc.)
Strictly Follow production, security and reporting procedures.
Contribute to the automation of production processes as part of continuous improvement.
Demonstrate Problem solving and root cause analysis and be responsive to restore services and operations on a priority mode
Contribute to the technical vision of the product by translating, sustaining and improving the product.
Ensure technological monitoring and propose the implementation of new solutions.
Profile required
Mandatory skills:
Must be a python dev with devops skills
Pipeline CI/CD
Automated tests
Monitoring & logs
Shell Scripting, Github , Skills on airflow and kubernetes
Have experience on API is a plus
Agile/Safe experience
Best solution, if possible, it’s to have someone already onboarded on the platform in another service and want change for example
Good understanding of automation and its best practices
Should be capable of handling critical escalations and ensure towards resolution
Should be skilled to work independently, propose ideas and work globally
Should be comfortable working in highly challenging and stressful environment
Good knowledge on Infra management and it best practices (availability, service quality and legacy management)
Desirable Skills
Good to have knowledge in Ansible
Educational Qualification:
BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent
