Listed Derivatives Sales Trader, Global Markets
Responsibilities
Primary Objectives
Working as Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) desk in Tokyo to responsible sales and execution of Listed Futures and Options for mainly Japanese clients
Contribution to achieve desk's revenue target by working strategically with specific goal/personal and team level target
Building good relationship with the target clients and have commercial thinking/attitude to increase the revenue from the target clients
Commitment of team building with the support from manager
Commitment of training to the team with making full use of extensive experience
Full understanding of operational risk and have right procedure for the risk
Proactively reaching out to clients, Contribution to grow DMA/Care order from Japanese clients accordance with SG internal rule and regulation
Minimize the error from the execution/ Minimize mistakes on post-trade process
- As a gatekeeper, acquiring proficiency in kill-switch operations and monitoring controls.
Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:
Duties:
Provide quick & accurate order execution and post trade service to the clients as a part of ETD desk in Japan
Provide market color, SG research and trade idea to the clients
Demonstrating a level of responsibility commensurate with the role of a senior staff member.
Learn on boarding skill new account / new traders / order limit setting from the existing clients
Gather market regulation information with related team then share it with team and clients
Increasing revenue of DMA/Care from Japanese clients, Expand flow business like ETF, Inca fund.

Knowledge and Skill set as Futures Broker for Japanese Major Financial Institution and Asset Managers
Full understanding of Money Market, Fixed Income, Equity Index Market
High Sales and Communication skill set / Client Focus mind
Good understanding of onboarding/Fix connectivity/Algo for Japanese clients
Openness to new solutions and ideas
Active participation in proposing new system enhancements
