Client Service Global Transaction Banking
Responsibilities
Tasks and responsibilities:
Support the local client service department in the deployment of the cashfit ss3 end-to-end platform:
User testing in the local environment (UAT)
Preparation for migrations (data quality checks, verification before and after migration tests) related to the global desk switch; identification and assessment of risks from the local mo standpoint
Participation in the validation of target processes, identification of potentially missing procedures, contribution to workaround solutions, and validation of end-to-end training materials
Participation in the validation of operational actions
Specifically, you will be required to:
User testing in the LMO environment (UAT)
Business incremental UATs
Business E2E testing
Detection of missing functionalities + technical/performance issues.
User experience assessment
Preparation for migration (data quality, verification before/after migration tests), follow-up post migration
Detection missing/incorrect data
Remediations actions
Post migration test
Follow up with pilots’ clients on payments milestones
Taking part of the penny tests on payments milestones
Participation in the validation of the target process
Identification of impacts
Inventory of LMO enquiries (from clients or internal bodies) and testing into the target platform
Testing of MO operational controls into the target tools (Power BI, internal reporting)
Participation in the validation of operational actions
Follow up Production incident

Profile required
Language skills:
English: C1
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Excellent knowledge of a local Client Service activity in a desk
Thorough understanding of the current Cash Management BANCS platform
Solid understanding of the CASH FIT project
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify critical gaps
