Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Equity Cash Trader to join our trading team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing Financials sector-focused equity orders for our institutional client base while contributing to the firm’s research‑driven culture and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Execute cash equity trades across designated sectors on behalf of institutional clients

·       Provide timely market insights, execution strategies, and trade support

·       Collaborate with sales, trading, and research teams to ensure seamless client coverage

·       Maintain strong external relationships with clients, exchanges, and liquidity partners

·       Monitor market developments, sector news, and trading catalysts

·       Adhere to internal compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards

Profile required

We are looking for a research-driven, execution-focused trader who thrives in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality client service under pressure.

Basic Qualifications

·      5+ years of institutional equity trading experience with sector familiarity

·       Demonstrated ability to manage and execute client order flow in fast‑moving markets

·       Strong understanding of equity market structure, trading mechanics, and liquidity dynamics

·       Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and take initiative

·       Passionate about the stock market and market‑driven research

·       Effective communication skills with a professional, client-facing presence

·       Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to shared desk goals
