Responsibilities

Primary skill  - Production Support

Below is the job description:

  • Technical-functional analyst
  • Good interpersonal skills, service and client-oriented
  • Facilitator, eager to share and simplify information
  • Curious and interested in Digital and banking functional aspects, especially securities custody
  • English required
  • Mastery of as many as possible of the following concepts:
    • Knowledge of securities business or at least finance
    • Digital applications and application portal principles
    • Identity and access management issues (authorizations)
    • Strong security requirements
    • Knowledge of SQL language and data model principles
    • API principles: understanding what an API is
    • Using of log tools would be appreciated

Main activities:

  • L1/L2 support on all CLI tribe applications
  • Assistance and presentation of applications to our external clients via DEMOs
  • Incident support: proactive intervention, impact analysis, and communication
  • Anomaly follow-up: handling, analysis, transmission to Feature Teams
  • Participate to ticketing tool management by shifts
  • Morning check and post-production operations sanity checks
  • Participate to onboarding/offboarding clients projects and IT projects with a client vision

Work with other Support members by creating documentation and sharing practices to improve Support ticket management
