Our IT Filiere has over 800 IT professionals, delivering services on four perimeters: Retail Banking, Security and Infrastructure, Internal Support Applications and Investment Banking. And our team is ready to expand and find new awesome colleagues to embark on this journey.
Join a Feature Team of experts focused on banking process steering and operational performance. About the team & your mission
Your mission is to enable monitoring process performance, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and ensure high-quality, reliable operational steering.
A key part of the role is supporting the transition of steering projects to Snowflake: owning documentation, organizing and executing tests (sign-off), participating in cutover exercises, managing post-cutover follow-up, and coordinating closely with business stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Act as the functional referent for both IT and Business teams
Plan and run operational committees with business stakeholders; ensure actions are tracked and delivered
Contribute to effort estimates, cost tracking, and planning to secure predictable delivery
Participate in testing and ensure solution compliance by creating and maintaining a test plan (test book)
Monitor daily processing and RUN quality; react quickly to anomalies (business communication, support coordination, manager reporting, incident follow-up)
Produce functional deliverables (specifications, use cases, process models) and contribute to technical deliverables with engineers (data flows, architecture updates)
Own and run Agile routines with autonomy (ceremonies, backlog grooming, multi-topic coordination)
Profile required
Minimum 5 years of experience on BI and Data projects
Strong technical foundation: SQL, BI/data modeling, and the ability to work hands-on with data
Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments, able to handle multiple workstreams in parallel
French proficiency (oral & written) and strong English communication skills, with a pedagogical mindset
Strong organization and stakeholder management; able to convince, align, and drive decisions
Leadership and autonomy, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
Strong analytical skills and synthesis; able to structure complex topics and make them actionable
Proactive and solution-oriented: propose improvements and help the team move faster, safer
Nice to have
Experience with MicroStrategy
Experience with DataStage (or similar ETL tools)
