CFT (Corporate Functions for IT), the department you will be working for, covers all “non-banking-specific” corporate IT and management solutions for the Société Générale group. It has a wide portfolio of activities: Peoplesoft suite, Software As A Service management, Data management as analytics, tool development.

As a Mid-Level Business Analyst, these are the main responsibilities:

-Contribute to Workforce administration with focus on France region on stabilization and remediation phase post go live.

-Define and document the client's business functions and processes in concordance to the group standards.

-Work in coordination with the HR business on monitoring and correcting HR Data daily flows to multiple applications.

-Act as a liaison between functional and technical topics, with focus on integration. Work in proximity with the integration team.

-Analyze technical and functional solutions for business problems/needs based on the requirements of the business. Documents the needs and translates into specifications for the business.

- Help to meet business needs by managing the client's requirements within Run and specific Change activities.

-Coordinate and/or create User Acceptance Tests (UAT), processes change requests, manages and ensures the fulfillment of the project purpose, acceptance, installation and implementation.

-Act as the liaison between support team, internal customer, Agile Master, technical analysts, information technology analysts, and other organizations in analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance.

Profile required

  • At least 4 years’ experience as Business Analyst on HRIS
  • French and English, B2+ level
  • Familiarity with Oracle and Peoplesoft solutions is a plus
  • Problem solving skills
  • Very good attention to details
  • High resilience level and change management fast adoption
