Senior Analyst Treasury
Responsibilities
The staff will be responsible for the following:
Review incoming cancellations and amendments before starting the payment process
Review the Montran payment queues and determine if the system is ready to begin processing payment with the clearing houses
Repair and verify incoming and outgoing payments
Manage the FCR queue by releasing FED payments within the given IDL thresholds and communicate with the global treasury teams
Interact with global back-offices, affiliates, traders, and global operation managers
Reconcile and add commentary on cash reconciliations breaks
Process Time Sensitive Obligation payments, include the CHIPS funding and CLS payments
Review transactions stopped in the Sensitive Counterparty tool
Produce and review reports
Cash break management and Sourcing invoices.
Profile required
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Knowledge of global banking process and best practice
- Experience with Bank applications; knowledge of MONTRAN payment system is a plus
- Knowledge of SWIFT application and the various fields in a payment message
- Understanding of sanction principles and OFAC process
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office

- Strong communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and proactive; willingness & a strong desire to learn
- Reactive, detail-oriented, driven to work in a high-volume environment
- Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment

- Ability to perform multiple functions with simultaneous deadlines
