Senior IT Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
The Senior IT Recruiter plays a key role in delivering end-to-end, high-quality recruitment services for technology and corporate roles within SG GSC. Acting as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, the role ensures timely and effective hiring aligned with agreed SLAs, business priorities, and strong candidate experience.
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Collaborate with the manager and the HRBP to better understand the recruitment needs and maintain the relation with them through the entire process;
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and corporate roles, including senior and leadership positions.
- Manage the relations with the collaborating recruitment agencies throughout the entire recruitment process;
- Communicates effectively with all the parts implicated in the recruitment process: HRBP, manager, candidate, recruitment agency;
- Post the aids on internal and external sites;
Design and execute tailored sourcing strategies aligned with business and technology needs;
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including direct search, professional networks, job boards, and referrals;
- Evaluate the candidates from the motivational and behavioral point of view;
- Offers feedback to the candidates at the end of the recruitment process;
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring transparent, timely communication and high-quality candidate experience;
- Permanent update of the recruitment data base;
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction;
- Communicates progress, risks, expectations, timelines and other relevant information in the process, develops lessons learnt.
Profile required
University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, including senior and leadership roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Fluency English - French would be considered an advantage;
- MS Office knowledge skills;
- Communication and persuasion skills;
- Strong analytical skills; detail orientated;
- Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy;
- Proactive approach to issues in its area of activity;
- A good ability to organize and prioritize activity and recruitment projects.
