Responsibilities

  • Process FCY/LCY incoming, outgoing transfers, FX, deposit placements and perform document checking for cross-border business, ensuring that customers’ transactions are performed in a timely and accurate manner, within service level agreement, in accordance with regulatory requirements, bank policies, guidelines, control, AML and compliance requirements.
  • Accountable for regulatory reporting submission quality and timeliness including but not limited to BOP/RCPMIS/JSH/SAC/deposit report etc.
  • Deliver professional and reliable service to internal and external customers with a sense of urgency.
  • Assist manager to execute the Bank’s policies, guidelines, Anti-Money laundering and compliance requirements and operational procedures in the team. Review and ensure procedures are timely updated and created.
  • Propose new idea and contribute to the change process. Identify opportunities to automate and digitalize with the objective of creating capacity gain and/or reducing operational risk. 
  • Coordinate audits and inspection tasks and ensure nil overdue recommendations or findings.
  • Actively participate CCM related project and perform UAT tasks. System issue and anomaly need to be escalated in a timely manner
     

Profile required

  • Bachelor's degree. Minimum 2 years’ working experience in banking operation. Preferably relevant to payment segment.
  • Reasonably sound knowledge of local rules and regulations and market practice relevant to banking operation, especially accurate knowledge in SAFE/PBOC regulation, rules and practices on FCY business.
  • Sound business knowledge of corporate cash management, payment and settlement.
  • Sound job knowledge of FX regulation, PBOC AML regulation, Sanction and Embargo control.

Department Description

Responsible for the payment and settlement of corporate clients, back-office operations of credit granting, loans and trade financing, including the examination of relevant business documentation, system operations, and submission of regulatory reports, among others. At the same time, the operational risk of the first line of defense is managed and controlled.
