IT PMO Internship

IT Filiere is part of the Centre and comprises four Perimeters: Retail Banking, Security and Infrastructure, Internal Support Applications and Investment Banking, with a total of more than 800 IT professionals.
Project Description:
Within the Société Générale group, you will join the IT Division of the Insurance domain (ASSURANCE). Société Générale ASSU offers a full range of products and services to meet the needs of individual, professional and corporate clients in Life Insurance Savings, Retirement Savings and Personal Protection.
Specifically, you will be required to:
PMO activities:
•Ensure cost tracking and consumption monitoring of external subcontractors and internal IT (DSI) teams;
•Liaise with stakeholders to assure the alignment on cost tracking;
•Build strong relationship with the IT Division managers and/or other stakeholders;
•Monitor and coordinate recurring operational process, ensuring timely execution and alignment with internal procedures;
•Maintain and update various trackers and internal reports;
•Support project/ resource allocation process and internal communication flows;
•Provide administrative support and respond to on-demand request from management;
•Maintain / develop new reports and draw conclusions from findings;
•Leverage on the opportunity to understand how IT decisions are supported by data and how technology, numbers and people come together from a PMO perspective.
Profile required
•Attention to details and good organizer;
•Ability to interpret numbers;
•Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point;
•Stakeholder management;
•Good communicator;
•French level of B1-B2;
•Presentation and interpersonal skills;
•Fluent in English.
