Specialist Systems Engineer- Network & Security Validation

Should have a strong background on network concepts, system administration and troubleshooting. He will be responsible to understand user flow opening requirements, project priorities, timelines to qualify and validate the requests, coordinate with different teams in total conformity with the architecture and security prerequisites.

Profile Required

Must Have

-          Experience in IT industry with excellent technical and communication skills.

-          Candidate should have strong hands-on experience with network flow management , Internet / Communication Protocols and network concepts ( like TCP/IP, subnets, VLANs, Routing, Switching, Firewall).

-          Knowledge on Architecture framework and system Administration is a must.

-          Knowledge on Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, private cloud setup is a must.

-          Certification in CCNA, Azure and AWS basics

-          Must have strong knowledge on managing firewall and ACL

-          Software Tufin: Firewall Management & Network Security Policy Software with hands on experience.

-          Ip addressing and subnetting knowledge  is a must.

-          Define, challenge and prioritize user requirements and highlight the challenges on inputs.

-          Should have good analytical skills and Ability to raise factual alerts & risks while working on the ticket flow.

-          Candidate must have good knowledge and hands on experience on Shell Script and UNIX.

-          Should be ready to work in shift (European time)

-          Follow and monitor Issues / relaunch assigned actor to avoid overdue with GTE, DVF, Other FO’s

-          Be aware of all the CFT current and future initiatives / projects in order to align expectations within the timeline.

-          Pro-active problem solving attitude and strong sense of service.

-          Strong written and communication skills, Manage end to end lifecycle of request.

-          The individual to have strong problem solving skills and follow-up skills.

-          Analyze requests on technical and security aspects and coordinate with respective teams.

-          Testing and Troubleshoot problems on applications and Network incidents.

-          Closely Work/Collaborate with team here in Bangalore and Paris.

-          Experience in PMO or Project Management will have added advantage

-          Ability to organise a multi-departmental meeting to hear, collaborate the business requirement well in advance

-          French is nice to have.

Build, deploy, and maintain Gen2 infrastructure components using infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python, Shell & Github Action) to support cloud migration and decommissioning of Traditional Infrastructure.

Maintain documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing to support team capabilities and project continuity.
