Production Systems Engineer – L2/L3 Support with French
Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated Production Systems Engineer – L2/L3 support to join our team and take ownership of business- critical production environments. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in L2/L3 support, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to take ownership of production environments in a fast‑paced setting. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure system stability, drive automation, support releases, and continuously improve our production ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide L2/L3 production support for business‑critical applications
•Manage incident, problem, and release processes, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
•Perform automation, application upgrades, deployment activities, and environment maintenance.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Linux systems, application servers and databases.
•Participate in on‑call rotations and handle production escalations.
•Maintain accountability for the assigned tasks and ensure high‑quality production delivery.
Profile required
•3–4 years of experience in L2/L3 production support or a similar role
•Strong proficiency with Linux and solid understanding of system internals
•Intermediate Windows Server administration skills, including OS configuration, service management and troubleshooting
•Hands‑on scripting experience in Linux shell or PowerShell.
•Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and ability to write complex SQL queries.
•Knowledge of application servers such as Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, or JBoss.
•Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, etc.).
•Understanding of deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines.
•Good knowledge of SSL certificate management.
•Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
•Ability to take ownership of production delivery and work independently.
•Willingness to participate in on-call support when required.

•French – intermediate (minimum B2)
