Responsibilities

Delivery and operations:

-          Responsible for overseeing data governance activities, ensuring metric production, managing governance forums.

-          Work with transversal departments to understand their data needs and ensure data solutions meet their requirements

-          Monitor and improve NPS from Stakeholders and partners.

Data Governance team

-          Responsible for managing a team producing data management metrics and reporting.

-          Ensure production of high‑quality Group Data Management metrics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to stakeholders.

-          Coordinate with the data management team to gather inputs, validate data, and maintain a robust production process for metric reporting.

-          Prepare, review, and publish Group Data Authority (GDA) forum material including decks, summaries, and supporting documentation with high quality and on schedule.

-          Ensure timely and accurate drafting and circulation of GDA meeting minutes, capturing key decisions, risks, and follow‑ups.

-          Track all forum actions, maintain an updated action log, and proactively follow up with action owners to drive closure.

-          Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve data issues, clarify dependencies, and support continuous improvement of reporting processes.

-          Uphold governance standards by ensuring documentation, metrics, and action tracking align with Group Data policies and expectations.

Financial Discipline

-          Meet Financial commitments in terms of growth and cost.

-          Maintain financial discipline through and efficient and productive operational set up

People Focus

-          Change Management – promoting new set-up, culture, and mindset on data

-          Develop expertise through well-developed learning and experience plan

-          Promote talent from GSC to global teams and influence for Global roles

-          People engagement through regular touchpoints, open houses, and discussions

-          Addressing team issues and people conflicts, where required

Profile required

-          Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to validate, interpret, and present complex data accurately.

-          Excellent communication and documentation skills to produce high‑quality forum materials, minutes, and stakeholder updates.

-          Robust coordination and follow‑up abilities to manage action tracking, drive accountability, and ensure timely closure of tasks.

-          Proficiency in using reporting and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, data quality dashboards) with attention to detail.

-          Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle recurring deadlines and deliver consistently under pressure.

-          Experience in building dashboards using PowerBI and other equivalent tools

-          Manage a team engaged in production of data management metrics
