Fixed Income Structurer, Global Markets
Responsibilities
Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:
FIC Structurer, Cross Asset Structuring Group Japan, Analyst/Associate/VP position
Structuring, promotion, and execution of non-flow Institutional, Financing and Distribution business in Japan with primary focus in fixed income derivatives across any format (OTC, Notes, SPV, Funds, etc.). Main targeted clients are central financial institutions (banks, insurance, asset managers), regional financial institutions, large distributors, and corporates. The role includes marketing/client visits, quantitative analysis, legal documentation, internal approvals, revision/improvement of set-up, post trade follow-up, and project management.
Closely co-work with Structuring for Products and Solutions (SPS) team in Japan, HK, Bangalore, Global Markets sales in Japan, structurers in Europe, traders, and various support functions.
Support senior structurers in the team with all of the activities mentioned above
