Responsibilities

In the role of Business Analyst, would be responsible for implementation and support of business information systems of

Global financing, Credit analysis & ratings, and Debt capital markets. BAs should be able to identify business needs, problems and opportunities, and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business goals.

Candidate should have a strong BA expertise in IT Projects belonging to financial / banking domain, with outstanding knowledge of capital markets, financing domain.

Strong functional experience in Wholesale investment banking domain, focused on front office operations.

Wholesale investment banking: corporate banking, providing financing, advisory and hedging solutions.

Origination and Credit approval process for corporate banking.

Business analyst experience on IT side.

Experience of working with IT transformation projects for any investment banking service.

Enthusiast in solving business problems, market intelligence.

Experience in debt capital markets, end to end bond issuance process with good market insights.

Should have experience in agile methodologies.

       MBA in finance or any relevant certification are an added advantage.

Profile required

  • Should have experience with credit underwriting and need to know the entire credit risk life cycle 
  • Should have experience covering large corporates in underwriting process, across various industries and regions. Also, working knowledge of risk methodology, rating models etc. 
  • Should have experience working on credit risk modelling to prepare financial models/forecasts for various scenarios
  • Should understand PD, LGD etc. and good knowledge of commercial financing facilities and banking products.

Require 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.

Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business

Master strategic business process modelling, traceability and quality management techniques

Effective interaction and collaboration skills, with all concerned stakeholder (Locally & Internationally)

Strong communication/interpersonal skills

Proven analytical background.

Advanced Excel and presentation skills

Experience working with senior decision makers.

Good understanding and experience in systems engineering concepts.

The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis

Upskilling mindset to learn and gain the expertise demanded by projects.

Excellent in communication skills - verbal & written

Planning and organizing & decision-making skills most important, should be a great team player.
