WHAT MIGHT IT INVOLVE?

•    Support the management of project activities, including process optimization and transformation improvement initiatives 
•    Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and updating process Maps and SOPs 
•    Support the Process Referents Team in optimizing existing process documents (SOPs, Wiki, checklists) based on project needs, deadlines, and guidance from Transformation Senior Team Members 
•    Assist in creating and updating project documentation and analysis
•    Help identify potential risks and support the team in tracking and mitigating them 
•    Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure smooth project execution 
•    Contribute to improving client satisfaction by supporting timely and quality of deliverables 
•    Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather information and support project activities 
•    Assist in preparing status updates and presentations for stakeholders 
•    Support project closure activities, including documentation and lessons learned

Profile required

•    Previous internship or academic project experience related to operations or process improvement is an advantage
•    Ability to support projects involving process optimization and organizational aspects
•    Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
•    Teamwork skills and proactive attitude
•    Results-oriented mindset, with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative
•    Basic understanding of change management and a client-oriented approach
•    General understanding of the business area and ability to support cross-functional projects
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills
