V.I.E. Compliance, Regulatory Change and Training
Responsibilities
The Regulatory Framework Management team in Compliance covers Regulatory Change, maintains the SGUS Regulatory Inventory, manages all SGUS Policies and Procedures and oversees the AMER Compliance Training Program. The position would split time supporting the Training and Regulatory Inventory teams and potentially work on other ad hoc projects.
Training Tasks
- Perform daily validation of training overdue dashboards and reports and escalation
- Conduct bi weekly controls to ensure accurate assignment of FCC NH training, and escalate anomalies
- Maintain and update bi weekly training tracking for contractors and consultants
- Manage CPLE continuing education accounts on a monthly basis, including tracker updates and status monitoring
- Support and perform quarterly reconciliations of NH mandatory training assignments to ensure assignment accuracy and escalate anomalies
- Provide limited administration support within MyLearning (LMS), including managing training due date extensions in accordance with guidelines
- Upload training attendance records regularly and ensure tracker is up to date
Support translation of training materials from English to French to ensure bilingual availability
Regulatory Inventory Tasks
- Maintenance of SGUS Regulatory Inventory in Archer
- Policy Reviews Against Regulatory Inventory (for policies up for renewal)
- UAT Testing of Archer Enhancements
- Ad-Hoc Projects (Manually Entered Policies, etc.)

Please note that it is mandatory to provide us a formal proof of your M2 diploma validation before the assignment start date. No VIE mission will start without this document. *Grade sheets are not accepted as justification of diploma.
Profile required
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University in Finance
- A previous experience working with financial regulation would be appreciated
Language skills:
Fluent in English (B2-C1)
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
Proficient/Good command of MS Office
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Montreal is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
