Lead QA
Responsibilities
· Profile:
Knowledge of Regulations (FATCA, EMIR, DFA etc) & Regulatory onboarding
Familiar with KYC and Referential topics
Understanding on Funds, Asset Managers, Mandates
Ability to understand, interpret and cater to business requirements on regulatory topics
Knowledge of MS Office tools
Effective communication & interpersonal skills
· Collaborate with SME to conduct Error based learning calls.
· Prepare Governance decks for monthly meeting with stakeholders.
· Provide support to QA Manager and work as back up for the Manager.
Profile required
· Responsibilities - Team Lead:
Maintain accurate and latest regulatory data in referential tool for the clients partnering with SG.
Maintain good data quality with desired productivity
Ensure attention to detail and timely action as per agreed SLA.
Develop and support the client solicitation for regulatory documentation
work towards improving knowledge, skills & competencies and be abreast of all the latest regulatory changes
Identify and highlight the risks and gaps in the process and help to find favorable solutions to fix the gaps
Be open-minded and innovative to come up with new ideas and thus, to reduce manual effort.
Drive operational excellence by identifying improvements, promoting CI best practices, and supporting adoption of emerging technologies and best practices.
Be able to exhibit out of the box thinking to quick solutions
Good understanding of Upstream & Downstream impact
