Graduate Program Cross Asset Solutions – Institutional Sales (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
Support senior Sales with client coverage and eventually take over own client coverage responsibility
Support the origination, prospecting and onboarding of new clients
Actively discuss und develop investment and hedging solutions with clients
Produce and develop detailed presentations and documentation for clients
Improve and extend the existing product offering in collaboration with other teams
Handle client price requests and execute and book deals
Take care of post-trade client services (settlement, price publication, regular product reportings, collateral management)
Daily interaction with Pricing, Structuring, and Trading Teams
Client support: handle ad-hoc client requests
Profile required
Experience & Technical Skills:
Master’s degree from a Business/Engineering school or university, with a major in Finance, Derivatives or similar focus
Experience in capital markets and derivatives
Strong technical and analytical skills
Good experience with sales of derivatives, ideally with institutional clients
Very good command of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), VBA is a plus
Familiar with Bloomberg
Knowledge of AI Tools

As a Graduate Analyst for Cross Asset Solutions you will work in the team responsible for institutional clients. The team’s objective is to market structured investment, financing and hedging solutions to institutional clients such as insurance companies, financial institutions and asset managers in Germany and Austria.
