Responsibilities

We are growing rapidly and have ambitious plans for the coming years. To support business decisions with reliable people data, we are looking for the individual who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and turning numbers into meaningful insights.

You do not need previous experience in HR Analytics to apply. We welcome candidates from finance, operations, business analysis, HR, or other data-driven areas who have genuine interest in people data and a basic understanding of HR processes.

In this role, you will support HR Business Partners, HR teams, and business leaders by delivering high‑quality analyses, reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that contribute to organizational growth and better decision-making.

You will work closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, business leaders, technical teams, and external survey providers. This role offers a broad view of the organization and the opportunity to build strong, cross-functional relationships in a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze workforce trends, organizational structure, compensation, benefits, and other key HR metrics.

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports for business leaders and HR teams.

  • Support HR Business Partners and leaders with data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Partner with regional teams on HRIS-related projects and the implementation of new HR modules.

  • Gather business requirements and support the development of dashboards in collaboration with technical teams.

  • Contribute to process improvements and overall efficiency within the HR function.

  • Support the HR Operations team in selected onboarding and offboarding activities.

Profile required

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in working with data.

  • Experience in analytics, HR, finance, or another data-driven environment.

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and interest in developing in the HR area.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • High attention to detail, accountability, and collaborative approach.

  • Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1).

  • Good command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS, BI, or AI tools will be an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
