Analyst/Associate, DCS(Distribution & Credit Solutions) Sales
Responsibilities
- Execute and support rates and credit bond transactions across primary and secondary markets
- Distribute structured and alternative products, including CLO, ABS, and private credit assets
- Provide daily market updates, trade ideas, and investment insights to clients
- Support client coverage and maintain strong relationships with key institutional accounts
- Assist in originating and executing structured transactions and bespoke solutions
- Identify and support financing opportunities, including repo, TRS, bond forwards, and SLB
- Coordinate with trading, structuring, and risk teams on deal executio
- Prepare marketing materials and support client presentations and meetings
- Monitor and report business activity and performance on a regular basis
- Manage post-trade processes, including trade booking, settlement, and reconciliation
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal processes and controls
- Perform KYC checks and ensure proper account setup prior to execution
- Comply with regulatory requirements, including internal risk and compliance policies
- Contribute to business development initiatives and new product or platform launches
Profile required
- Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly fixed income and structured/alternative products
- Working knowledge of financing products such as repo, TRS, and securities financing
- Good understanding of market dynamics and macroeconomic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage operational processes accurately
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a high level of rigor and ownership
- Strong business acumen with a proactive and innovative approach

'The Distribution Credit Solutions (DCS) team at Société Générale Securities Korea focuses on the sales, distribution, and financing of international fixed income products and alternative investments to major domestic financial institutions.The team serves a broad range of institutional clients, including insurance companies, asset managers, pension funds, securities houses, and banks, providing market access, product expertise, and tailored investment solutions. Its product coverage spans sovereign and credit bonds, financing solutions (repo, TRS, SLB), CLO/CDO, ABS, alternative investments (infrastructure, corporate and real estate loans), and fund structures. Leveraging close collaboration with global origination, syndication, trading, and structuring teams, the DCS platform integrates market intelligence, structuring capabilities, and financing expertise to deliver customized solutions that meet clients’ investment and liquidity needs. The team also plays a key role in developing new business opportunities and strengthening long-term client relationships within the credit and alternative investment space.
