IT Infrastructure & Systems Associate
Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated IT Support & Infrastructure Associate to join our IT team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build a career in IT Infrastructure and Systems Administration.
Working in a banking environment, you will gain hands-on experience with enterprise IT operations, systems administration, virtualization technologies, SQL Server, IIS, networking, firewall administration, information security, audit processes, and regulatory compliance requirements while supporting critical business and technology services.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise within a highly regulated industry and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in IT Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and office applications
Manage and resolve user incidents and service requests in a timely manner
Support user account administration, access management, and directory services
Perform routine infrastructure monitoring and operational checks
Assist in server administration, maintenance, and backup operations
Support database servers, virtualization platforms, and related infrastructure services under the guidance of senior team members
Assist with routine operational activities, scheduled jobs, and batch process monitoring
Gain experience with network infrastructure, firewall technologies, and connectivity troubleshooting
Support IT asset management and maintain inventory records
Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
Contribute to information security, audit, risk, and regulatory compliance activities
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers when required
Profile required
Studies & experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Help Desk, or Infrastructure-related roles
Language skills:
Strong English and Turkish communication skills (written and spoken).
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Strong interest in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Information Security, and Banking Technologies.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and server environments.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
Exposure to SQL, virtualization technologies, or web server concepts is a plus.
Strong task follow-up and execution discipline.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Comfortable working with international teams.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
