IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator
Responsibilities
As part of SG CIB Turkey, you will work in a dynamic and international environment, gaining experience in global IT systems and practices. You will collaborate with experienced teams and contribute to maintaining a robust and secure IT infrastructure supporting critical banking operations.

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Responsible & Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network, and telecommunication systems
Monitor systems, perform daily checks, and ensure continuity of critical operations
Handle backup processes and support disaster recovery activities
Provide end-user support (hardware, software, mobile devices) and manage IT equipment lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve incidents and service requests
Perform system changes, maintenance, and upgrades in line with procedures
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and Turkish banking regulations
Profile required
Studies & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably including financial sector
Strong experience in IT infrastructure and system administration
Language skills:
Fluency in Turkish
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Microsoft Windows & Windows Server environments
Microsoft Exchange & Microsoft 365 (O365)
Active Directory (user, group, and policy management)
Microsoft Office (advanced level)
Microsoft SQL Server
Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware)
Backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veritas NetBackup)
Storage solutions (e.g., NetApp)
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN)
Datacenter operations and hardware management (servers, network devices)
IT security practices and standards awareness
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
