Sales Assistant (trainee)
Responsibilities
- Assistance to sales activities
- Assistance on product documentations preparation
- Front office deal confirmations with clients
- Reporting and deal database management
- Prepare sales pitch books and presentations for client meetings
Profile required
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Able to work independently, proactively and cross functionally to identify issues and lead for problem solving
- Detail oriented
- Less than 1 year working experience
- A quick learner who has a keen interest in the investment banking business
- Strong working capacity, in particular when under pressure
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic team player
Licensing Requirement
- Qualification Exam for Senior Securities Specialist
- Financial Markets and Ethics"
