Responsibilities

Description

We are seeking a Quantitative Analyst (VP level) to join the R&D/SGI platform in Montreal, supporting the AMER region. The role focuses on production oversight, quantitative development, and strengthening the SGI framework, while contributing to the expansion of the Montreal hub.

Profile required

Main Responsibilities

SGI Production & Operations

  • Support daily index production (calculation, rebalancing, reporting)
  • Ensure robustness and accuracy of SGI workflows
  • Contribute to incident analysis and resolution
  • Improve SGI ecosystem, controls, and operational tools
  • Develop quantitative metrics and monitoring frameworks
  • Contribute to risk management infrastructure

Collaboration & Platform Development

  • Work with trading, engineering and sales teams
  • Enhance data integration and system efficiency
  • Contribute to SGI product development and innovation

Governance & Documentation

  • Ensure strong documentation of models and processes
  • Support MRM-related requirements (controls, monitoring)
