Clearing & Settlement Services Employee
Responsibilities
The Clearing & Settlement Services employee is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day operations related to securities settlement. The role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of asset trade settlements, delivering high-quality service to SGSS clients while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Execute post-trade processing of securities transactions across local and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate settlement
Monitor and follow up on both internal and external settlement instructions for clients
- Investigate and resolve settlement pending items, breaks, and discrepancies with counterparties, as well as irregularities in coordination with clients’ back and middle offices
Profile required
Studies & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related fields
Background in Securities Services, with a good understanding of industry standards and operational frameworks
At least 1 year of proven experience in Securities Services, with sound knowledge of industry regulations and processes
Language skills:
- Italian: C2
- English: B2
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & 365 applications
Knowledge of Securities Operations processes and workflows
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Good level of technological literacy and familiarity with operational systems

Salary range : 35.5k € - 37.5k € / Year
