Job Responsibilities (Analyst)
- Maintain accurate training and compliance activity records.
- Support end-to-end training administration including scheduling, coordination, and communication.
- Prepare and manage quarterly training calendars and session setups.
- Execute learning administration tasks such as registrations, nominations, event creation, and learner communications.
- Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and manage cases related to learning systems and sessions.
- Coordinate attendance tracking, session execution, and feedback collation.
- Generate periodic reports and analytics, sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Support vendor coordination and stakeholder communication as required.
Profile required
Job Description:
• Create and maintain training activity records for all compliance sessions.
• End to end training admin process (co-ordination, scheduling, liaising with various teams to set up the venue, infrastructure, sending invites)
• Quarterly Training Calendar preparation.
• Complete Learning admin tasks – generating registration link, session setup, event set up, promotional emails, nomination drive.
• Resolve requests from users, including troubleshooting and Case management.
• Understand learning requirements from the Stakeholders and Create Sessions in appropriate format.
• Manage stakeholder reviews, implement feedback and obtain signoffs throughout development cycle.
• Complete reports as necessary, and present to stakeholders on monthly / weekly basis for all sessions.
• Complete periodic reporting & analytics activities for all sessions.
• Vendor Management- end to end Coordination.
• Attendance marking, Session coordination, Feedback collation & maintain records.
