Responsibilities

The employee is responsible for the administrative management of physical certificates related to mutual fund shares and other financial instruments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. The position actively supports the dematerialization of foreign securities and the management of statistical data for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Managed incoming and outgoing physical securities certificates, coupons, and dividend documentation.

  • Performed accounting entries and transaction registrations in the CAD securities system and maintained internal databases.

  • Administered Amundi fund certificates, including issuance, printing, and cancellation processes.

  • Coordinated the dematerialization of foreign securities in compliance with market requirements.

  • Collected, maintained, and analyzed statistical data for reporting purposes.

  • Managed registries and corporate events through the Recordkeeping tool, including inventory reconciliation and client reporting.

  • Verified ownership and safekeeping of assets held by investment funds, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or related fields

  • Background in Securities Services or Financial Industry, with a good understanding of standards and operational frameworks

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in Securities Services or Financial Industry, with sound knowledge of regulations and processes

Language skills:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in complex professional contexts

  • Upper-intermediate English (B2 level)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Basic knowledge of domestic/foreign financial instruments and financial markets

  • Understanding of the regulatory framework governing depositary bank activities

  • Basic Knowledge of non financial instruments that can be held by AIF and UCITS funds

  • Ability with data handling and Excel

  • Client orientation

  • Good organizational skills to meet deadlines and document retention.

Salary range: 35.5k € - 37.5k € / Year
