V.I.E. Software Developer
Responsibilities
OPM Luxembourg, it's the tem in charge of all automation tools related to GTE offers. In partnership with all technical teams many options are built in order to speed up the daily tasks. OPM performs the integration between different APIs and consolidate in local tool ULISS and the new tool dedicated to LUXOR PARIS Project => TELEMAC. It's a key team for all automation related to Luxembourg infrastructure subjects.
Responsibilities :
- DEVOPS Python/ Automation
- In charge of maintaining, our APIs platform based on Linux, and Swagger ( ULISS & BeAPI & TELEMAC )
- Develop and expose infrastructure services through APIs delivery and end user Gui Portal.
- Maintain and improve deployment process
- Assist, help and train System engineers in Devops method
- Propose and develop process/tool to automatize application delivery in production
- Report indicators

Studies & experience:
Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in IT
- Good Experience in Linux ( RedHat ) and scripting in bash and generally in infrastructure components ( AD, VMWare, DNS, Ansible, Load balancer, etc... )
- Experience in Database usage (Oracle Postgres, Mysql ) and good knowledge in cluster mechanism
- Strong DevOps experience in Python developments, Back and Front, especially in REST implementations
- Mandatory experience in : Flask, Request, Javascript, OOP, Auth2, FastApi or equivalent
- Background in docker containers and Kubernetes clusters technologies
Language skills:
- Fluent in English
Technical, operational & soft skills:
- Pro-Activity
- Self-Development
- Good level of comfort in GitHub Repo and git branching strategies, Githup Action, GitApp mechanism
- Knowledge of ITIL / Agile
- Tooling knowledge : VSCode Devcontainer, Rundeck, Github action, Swagger, Redis, ELK
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Luxemburg is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
