Responsibilities

·         Manage large delivery teams and stakeholders across the globe based on the OKRs of the business lines.

·         Manage budgeting, workforce, innovation, and organizational transformation.

·         Define and implement strategic (long term) framework of the team in-line with organizational objectives and vision.

·         Influence peers globally (N-/+3) and upwards in own or business partner's organization.

·         Accountable for people related objectives in a Sub-Business Line. Accountable for creating and maintaining Sub-Business Line budgets. Accountable for deliveries emanating from a Sub-Business Line/tribe. Create an impact of transformation on the functional scope of a tribe. Propose innovation, renunciation, and simplification.

·         Establish very high standards of Delivery and inspire Research and upskilling of workforce.

·         Strong understanding of the overall Technology landscape and emerging technologies

·         Strong business understanding, production orientation, and knowledge of the domain application landscape.

·         Strong business knowledge on the Collateral management domain and applications within the Tribe

·         Strong project management skills (Scoping, Estimation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring)

·         Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.

·         Ability to navigate within the organization and resolve blockers for the team

·         Manage Production / Process Health through clearly defined KPI/KRIs

·         Perform budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, pricing and reporting.

·         Build a culture of Continuous Improvement within the team and identify automation use cases and take them to implementation

·         Good people management abilities

·         Strong communication skills – Ability to influence and communicate at different levels with ease

·         Strong risk orientation

·         Strong control on IT Risk, Obsolescence, Vulnerabilities

·         Manage LOD2, LOD3, External audits efficiently

Profile required

  • Proven Technical Project Management skills - Estimation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Stakeholder Management.
  • 15+ years of Tech industry experience with strong experience on JAVA Technologies.
  • Experience leading teams of 10-15 people
  • Excellent stakeholder management is a must - Should have the ability to coordianate across teams, bring clarity and drive decision making.
  • Strong understanding of the IS landscape and ability to propose solutions 
  • Experience working on Agile Methodologies is a must
  • Provide periodic reports on the status of the services being provided for the various projects highlighting all matters relating to quality, adherence or otherwise to schedules,enhancements done, technical support provided etc.
  • Knowledge on Investment Banking;
  • Experience working on Collateral Management is a plus
