Trainee in Back Office Exchange
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
Processing of domestic and international payments; settlement of cash collections, Visa cards, ALM transactions and MARK transactions on customer accounts
Collaborating closely with Middle Office and other Departments to ensure accurate and timely processing
Preparing reports and statistics as part of local regulatory obligations and internal rules
Profile required
We expect from the candidates:
Student status for the whole internship (ideally studies related to finance)
Minimum availability of 25 hours per week
Knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel skills will be an advantage
Very good organization of work: attention to details, meeting deadlines, commitment and conscientiousness
Very good knowledge of spoken & written Polish and English
Good communication skills and ability to work both in a team and independently
