M365 Copilot Adoption Specialist with French (Fixed term 6 months)
Responsibilities
Societe Generale Global Solution Centre (SG GSC) acts as a business solution center for Societe Generale, one of the largest European financial groups. Within the Société Générale Group, you will join Global Technology & Engineering (GTE), which is the IT entity in charge of infrastructure and its Digital Workplace Services teams, whose mission is to provide the Group's employees with their Digital Workplace.
Digital Workplace brings together all the services and tools of the work environment: the personal workstation of course, but also the smartphone, the corporate social network, communication and collaborative tools such as messaging, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
You will drive the adoption of M365 Copilot by managing the user community, developing engaging communication and editorial content, delivering training sessions, maintaining up-to-date support materials, monitoring adoption through dashboards, and ensuring effective stakeholder governance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specifically, you will be required to support the SG collaborators through and more specifically:
Community management and communication
Take ownership of and manage the M365 Copilot community on Viva Engage;
Design communication materials for M365 Copilot, M365 Copilot Chat, and Agent Builder, including tips, use cases, and Q&A content;
Write editorial content;
Develop a dedicated communication plan and the related communications;
Adoption
Scope, facilitate and deliver sessions dedicated to general M365 Copilot use cases, in partnership with Microsoft and in coordination with central teams (AI Office/SG University);
Co-author the materials with all stakeholders;
Manage logistics and the associated communications for trainings;
Regularly update the materials in line with tool developments and employee questions;
Organize regular meetings with Microsoft to monitor the sessions;
Reporting
Analyse adoption through dashboards (Copilot Dashboard/Viva);
Governance
Coordinate regularly with the central AI Office and other teams, as well as other stakeholders (SG University, etc.).
Profile required
Very good level of French and English
User-centric (in multicultural perimeter)
Passionate about new technologies and delivering trainings
Team spirit and ability to work across teams, departments, locations
You are a good communicator and you have good writing skills
Desire to learn continuously and to share your experience
You know how to evolve in an international environment
